Designed to impress, these “Duck shanks” go from a fine snack to a genuinely original first course. Starting with the same cooking process than the Duck leg confit (hand rubbed with a singular spice blend and cooked slowly in rendered Duck fat) these are then finished in a smoking process with New England Applewood and Hickory.

Suggested use Great as hot tapa or wings style plate. Only warm in the oven or pan and go with some thick barbecue / bittersweet sauce.
Storage Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume as soon as possible.
