The leg is the greasiest meat part of the Moulard Duck and so, the meat coming from it is particularly tasty and the best for confit and long cooking.

Suggested use Large and meaty, is good for confit making the most of the natural fat storage in the particularly depth skin of the Moulard Duck. It can be also slow cooked or roasted.
Storage Keep frozen. Once opened consume as soon as possible. Defrost slowly in refrigeration and do not freeze again.
