Suggested use	Very useful to keep safe the Caviar properties. Also good for serving a tasting menu of different Caviars (3 to 5 grams each), depending on the size of the spoon.
Storage	After using, soak it in tepid water. Clean and dry smoothly with a polyester cloth. Before storage cover it with a cotton cloth.
