Easy to cook but interesting enough to impress. This distinguishing and special part of the Duck is the perfect gourmet substitute in dishes where chicken hearts are traditionally used. Of a good size (like a plum), these have a sweet touch combined with roast-beef like taste and a firm texture without being too hard.

Suggested use Can be cooked in soups, grilled or pan-seared on high heat for 2 or 3 minutes. It is recommended to be served medium done. Before serving, leave the Duck heart to rest for at least 5 minutes after cooking and cut it into fine strips.
Storage Keep frozen. Once opened consume as soon as possible. Defrost slowly in refrigeration and do not freeze again.
