Incredibly delicious and unique, the Duck gizzards are very popular in France and Asian recipes. From a Perigord salad with nuts, crotons and lettuce to Yakitori or Karaage preparations. Different from the chicken sweetbreads not just for the flavor but for the texture, these Duck gizzards are crispy not gummy.

Suggested use Can be served in salads or with rice and vegetables. Also good in brochettes, stuffing and pates, among other preparations with giblets. Done to perfection as confit with Duck fat.
Storage Keep frozen. Once opened consume as soon as possible. Defrost slowly in refrigeration and do not freeze again.
